Cooking Class in Lombok Anggrek Putih

You will make a minimum of 4-5 dishes each class and experience the different flavour of Indonesian cuisine.

Our cooking classes commence daily at 10:00 and end about 13:30 after having lunch together.

The classes are a fun educational and enjoyable way to learn about the Indonesian food and culture for the whole family.

Experience the different flavor of "Indonesian cuisine" and learn about the local products. From spicy local "Lombok food" with hot chilies and herbs to the sweetness of Javanese food made with fresh coconut milk, palm sugar and peanuts. Discover the unique flavors and fruity sourness of lime, lemongrass and tamarind.

  • A welcome drink
  • Meal with the dishes we cooked including dessert
  • Drinking water
  • Coffee or tea
  • Recipes (sent by email after cooking class)
  • Transportation from and back to your hotel in Senggigi area including Mangsi

  • Tempe Manis (Sweet Tempeh) 
  • Fish in Banana Leaf (Pepes Ikan)
  • Perkedel Jagung (Corn Fritters)
  • Curry (Chicken, Fish or Beef)
  • Tofu with Yoghurt and Cream
  • Ikan Bakar (Grilled fish)
